This text is about the process regarding the collection, storage, sharing, processing and deletion of personal data shared with the Foundation by the donors and volunteers, scholarship holders, scholarship candidates and all other stakeholders who support the Buldan Education and Solidarity Foundation, it has been prepared to inform the personal data owner within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016, Buldan Education and Solidarity Foundation has the title of "Data Controller" and shows maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with the Foundation are processed as described below and within the limits ordered by the legislation.

You, our esteemed donors, volunteers and stakeholders, send your personal data through channels such as the Foundation's headquarters, website, bank and SMS; You can share it with the Buldan Education and Solidarity Foundation verbally, in writing or electronically. Your personal data that you have shared will be kept by the Buldan Education and Solidarity Foundation within the framework of the Law No. 6698 and will be processed within the framework of your consent. To carry out communications for promotion, thank you messages , any kind of information and announcement regarding Buldan Education and Solidarity Foundation; collecting and compiling statistical information; your personal data may be used by us to improve donations, volunteering, scholarships, education and advocacy activities.

As your personal data owner;

(a) Learning whether personal data is processed,

(b) Requesting information on personal data if it has been processed,

(c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

(ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

(d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

(e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons for its processing disappear,

(f) Request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

(g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

(h) We would like to point out that you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
