#GivingTuesday, is a global day of giving that uses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to promote philanthropy and celebrate generosity around the world. #GivingTuesday, which is Turkish version of #GivingTuesday, which is implemented in more than 75 countries today, and whose country is led by the Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TÜSEV), is now celebrated in our country as well. In #GivingTuesday, which has become an international campaign since its launch in 2012, participating countries work to make the world a more livable place. Because now it is an undeniable fact that when there is a problem somewhere in the world, it affects all of us and that we must work together to solve it. On this special day, you can share your time, wealth and expertise, and be a part of #GivingTuesday by mobilizing those around you with your donations or on social media.

We, as the Buldan Foundation, emphasized the importance of education to solve the problems women experience with our #GivingTuesday campaigns.

Because women can take the place they deserve in society and equal opportunities with men are possible with a change in the traditional mentality. It is claimed that the most important obstacle in front of women all over the world is the negative customs and traditions in this regard in every country. In short, the traditional family structure needs to be renewed with egalitarian relations. The way for women to have a greater say is through education.

As the Buldan Foundation, we celebrate the #GivingTuesday, of which we are a part for the second time, on 29 November 2022, with the slogan #HayalleriPaylaşıyoruz!

Because we are carrying out the #ourgirlwillstudy project in order to support young girls who want to stand on their own feet to realize their dreams, and we try to share the dreams of young people whose dreams do not fit into the life they live in so that they can achieve their dreams.

For this, you can share our posts on social media and contribute to raising awareness by telling those around you how important the education of women and girls, who make up half of the world's population, is for a sustainable future.

The Buldan Foundation believes in the importance of education for the solution of the basic problems that women face in all areas of social life. For this purpose, the foundation has been providing funds to give educational scholarships to young university students within the scope of the #ourgirlwillgotoschool project since the day it was founded.

On #GivingTuesday, you can be a part of this special day with your donations or by activating your close circle through social media, and you can contribute to raising awareness for Gender Equality, one of the 17 most important problems in the world, which is said to last 286 years.
